This policy explains how MareekPlays processes information in the Android game Kebab Shooter (com.mareekplays.kebabshooter).
Controller and contact
The publisher is MareekPlays, operated by Marek Grabarz Quality Insights. For privacy questions, contact contact@mareekplays.com.
Information stored on your device
Kebab Shooter does not provide publisher-operated accounts, a publisher-operated server, or cloud saves. The game stores the following information locally using Unity PlayerPrefs:
- an optional player nickname and local high scores;
- game progress, unlocks, tutorial state, and gameplay settings such as language, volume, controls, and frame-rate preference;
- the local state of achievements and, where needed, a pending request to synchronise an unlocked achievement with Google Play Games Services;
- a local Remove Ads entitlement marker after a qualifying Google Play purchase has been confirmed.
This local information is not sent to MareekPlays. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game may remove it.
Google Play Games Services
On Android, Kebab Shooter can use Google Play Games Services for an optional global leaderboard and achievements. These features use the player's Google Play Games profile; they do not create a MareekPlays account.
When the player chooses to sign in or use these features, Google may process the Google Play Games player profile and identifier, submitted score, achievement progress and related game activity. This enables Google to authenticate the player, display the leaderboard and achievements, and retain the player's progress in those services. MareekPlays does not operate a server for this data or receive it as a separate database. Google processes this information under Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising and Google Mobile Ads
The Android version uses Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to deliver optional rewarded ads for a revive and interstitial ads only at natural breaks after selected levels. Ads are not requested while offline, and the game remains playable without an internet connection.
Google and its advertising partners may process technical information and identifiers related to the device and ad interaction. This can include IP address and approximate location derived from it, advertising or device identifiers, app launches, ad impressions, clicks, video views, and diagnostic information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, provide analytics, and prevent fraud, under its own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Consent and privacy choices
The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). At launch, UMP updates the consent state and, where required by law and the AdMob configuration, presents Google's consent form before ads are requested. When Google requires a way to change privacy choices, the game's Settings screen shows a Privacy Choices option that opens Google's form.
Availability depends on the user's region, the published AdMob message, and previous choices. A missing connection or lack of consent does not block gameplay; in that case, ads are not requested.
Google Play purchases
If made available, the one-time Remove Ads product is processed by Google Play Billing and Unity IAP. MareekPlays does not receive card numbers or full payment details. Google Play may process the information required to complete and restore the purchase, such as purchase status and transaction identifiers. The game keeps only a local entitlement marker after successful purchase validation.
Sharing, retention, and your choices
MareekPlays does not sell local game data or send it to its own servers. Advertising, purchase-related information, and Google Play Games Services data are handled by Google and relevant service providers under their policies. Local game information remains on the device until it is removed by the user or the app is uninstalled. You can manage your Google Play Games profile and settings through your Google account, and reset or limit ad personalisation in Android or Google settings.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
